    Simcoe hops

Simco, launched in 2000, is one of several alternative hops currently in vogue.

It is a versatile hop, with low humulone content giving it excellent bitter taste. The aroma is typical of pineapple and berry. Its descendants, such as Mosaic, have inherited simco's excellent quality of bitter, clean and rich aroma.

Simcoyne is very high, which gives it a tropical fruity flavor and is widely used in dry dressing. It can be seen in wineries and bars at home and abroad. Its charm is not limited to dry casting, but in Al's brew, the fruit is equally fascinating.

Simco sometimes has the smell of houttuynia, which has a large sensitive population in China. It is better to modify its aroma with other hops.

Simco is mainly used in American Ale, IPA, Imperial IPA and ordinary Ale brewing.
