    Summitt hops

Summit, developed by ADHA in 2003, is the first dwarf hop in the United States. Its cones can touch the ground or climb on low wine shelves, and it has always been in the top 10 of the use of refined wine in the United States

Sumit is known for its pungent flavors in IPA, which add a lot of layer and character to the bouquet. Aromas of citrus and grapefruit dominate, with spice and herbal notes evident, with hints of anise and black pepper as well as onion/garlic notes that are often described.

Samit provides smooth bitterness, used in IPA, Imperial IPA, Imperial Shitao, and barley wines as scented flowers or dry drops. Very nice aromas of spice, citrus and herbs in small doses and onion in large doses.
